The online strategy developed here for Mercedes-Benz was a better experience by making sure the user sees the best content based on his or her’s data as a existing customer, previous inquiry, and/or previous online browsing. 
The base of the strategy was to not only work to eliminate the paralyzing paradox of choice, but to maintain the brand standard of customer touch-points being an opportunity to keep the customer lifetime value healthy and growing.
